Animal Crossing: New Horizons has marked a triumphant return for the Nintendo franchise that focuses on socializing and undertaking tasks. However, the Twitter account for Bandai Namco US aired its frustrations with the game in a now-deleted tweet. Despite very positive reviews for the latest Animal Crossing, it seems that the social media user may have not been overly impressed with their experience of the game.

Animal Crossing fans have had to wait for eight years for this latest installment, and early reception has suggested that it was worth the wait. With that said, one issue that has become evident is that players can only have one island per Nintendo Switch, which means players can't operate multiple islands. The game now saves to the Nintendo Switch so players can not take the game out and stick it into a different console for a new save file. This was the issue that Bandai Namco US highlighted.

The deleted tweet from Bandai Namco US was addressed to Nintendo America's Twitter account and claimed that the one island per Switch policy created an 'unpleasant experience.' There has been very little criticism directed at the new Animal Crossing: New Horizons as most have applauded new features, but this issue has been a concern for a number of players. The tweet was likely meant for a personal account but the user forgot to switch their Twitter account. It now seems that they may be in trouble for confronting Nintendo through an official channel.

Despite some criticism, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been praised for bringing players together while self-isolation occurs across the globe. While many will want multiple islands, for now, many will be getting familiar with new features and uncovering what they can do in the game. There is plenty of content in the game and there have also been an incredible amount of memes that have entertained players and fans who have yet to get the game.

Players are already doing impressive things with Animal Crossing: New Horizons and it will be interesting to see what content comes out of the game. While some players will want changes made to the game, it seems that most people are satisfied with the content they have received. Some may have been worried that Bandai Namco had serious issues with Nintendo, but it seems that it was an innocent mistake by a member of staff who was unimpressed with a feature in the new Animal Crossing.
